I’m an online health & fitness coach for women over 30. 

I support clients through the fear of eating more calories & becoming more metabolically flexible - being able to eat more calories each day without gaining body fat. 

I love educating women on the effects of constantly dieting & how eating low calorie is inadvertently causing weight gain & creating roadblocks to achieving their goals.

I empower them with strength training workouts to help them feel strong & capable, to care for their families and to be successful at work.
